Return Policy

1. Customer will need to notify Featherman Equipment within 30 Days of receipt of equipment and the reason why they are wanting to return equipment.
2. Featherman, at it’s discretion, will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
3. Customer will have to return equipment with RMA paperwork at their expense.
4. Equipment needs to be returned in original packaging.
5. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted and remaining balance will be refunded to customer upon receipt of returned equipment undamaged and in original packaging.
