Inspect Shipment for Damages

Please inspect freight carefully for damage before accepting. If freight is damaged, refuse shipment. This is the only way we can start the claim process with a carrier. Featherman Equipment cannot be liable for any unclaimed shipping damages. If damaged freight is accepted, the claims process is the responsibility of the customer and not Featherman Equipment. All claims for damaged, missing, or wrong parts must be made within 5 days of receipt via: claims@feathermanequipment.com

Canada Customs Requirements

Canadian customers receiving freight will need a customs broker:

Near North Customs

Fax: 705-739-0268

*any storage fees incurred will be the responsibility if the consignee

Call Prior to Delivery

Most freight companies will contact the consignee (customer) prior to residential delivery to set up a delivery time/day. If the freight company cannot reach the consignee, any and all storage fees are the responsibility of the consignee.
