If you ordered an item/items that ships via a freight carrier, please make arrangements to be available to receive a freight.

You will need to have the Driver wait while you unpack the palletized shipment to confirm that no damage was sustained during transit. If damage was sustained during transit, please refuse shipment so that we can start the claim process. If you accept damaged freight, we have no recourse to file a claim and will not be able to help you repair your freight.
