Shipping Questions:

What do I do in preparation of receiving order?

If you ordered an item that ships via a freight carrier, please make arrangements to be available to receive a freight.

You will need to have the Driver wait while you unpack the palletized shipment to confirm that no damage was sustained during transit.

What do I do when my order arrives?

If your order shipped via freight, please have driver wait so that you can check your order to ensure that the equipment did not sustain damage.              You will need to the cut banding and shrink wrap off of the pallet and inspect each piece individually to confirm that no damage was sustained.

What do I do if I determine that my order arrived damaged?

Refuse shipment. This is the only way we can start a claim. If you accept the freight, we will not be able to file a claim with the carrier and whatever damage has been sustained will have to be repaired by the customer at customers expense.

When can I expect my Featherman products after I place my order?
We ship within a day or two of receipt of payment and almost always have inventory on hand. Expect 4 to 7 business days for a plucker (UPS Ground from Missouri) and 5 to 7 business days on any combo, set-up special, Chill Tank, or any of the Kill Cone Stands with Kill Cones, these items will ship via a freight carrier.

Do you ship internationally?
Our products are all over the world, however we ask that you find a shipping agent or freight forwarder of your choice to arrange delivery from any port in the U.S. to your destination of choice. You will be responsible for all shipping cost, including customs duties, taxes, custom brokerage service that is incurred via export and import.

We can ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, other US Islands, Hawaii and Canada. Please ask for shipping quotes for these areas listed above.

Shipments outside of the U.S., Alaska, other US Islands and Canada will require payment in full via wire transfer, no credit cards are allowed. We are not set up to offer international shipping, and international shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

How do the products arrive to my farm?
All pluckers ship via a freight carrier. If you order any Combo, Set-Up Special, Kill Cone Stand with Kill Cones or a Chill Tank, these items will ship via a freight carrier. All items are fully assembled except for the Kill Cone Stand and Kill Cones. If you live outside of the continental U.S. please call us for shipping rates before ordering. This includes Hawaii, Alaska and other US islands.
