Shipping Questions:

What do I do in preparation of receiving order?

If you order equipment that ships via a freight carrier, please make arrangements to be available to receive your freight.

What do I do when my order arrives?

Have the driver wait while you cut the banding and shrink wrap to confirm that no damage was sustained during transit.

What do I do if I determine that my order arrived damaged?

Refuse the shipment. This is the only way Featherman Equipment can start the claim process.

What if I accept damaged freight?

If you accept damaged freight, then you will be responsible to repair the damaged freight. Featherman Equipment will not be held liable for damaged freight that you accepted and signed for. The only way to file a claim with a carrier is for the customer to refuse the shipment. If damaged freight is accepted, the claims process is the responsibility of the customer and not Featherman Equipment.

When can I expect my Featherman products after I place my order?
Unless a lead time is indicated, we ship within a day or two of receipt of payment and almost always have inventory on hand. Expect 3 to 7 business days transit time depending on your location.
