What do I do in preparation of receiving order?
If you order equipment that ships via a freight carrier, please make arrangements to be available to receive your freight.
What do I do when my order arrives?
Have the driver wait while you cut the shrink wrap to confirm that no damage was sustained during transit. If damage was sustained, please have the driver note it on the BOL before signing and forward the BOL along with pictures of the damage to email@example.com
What do I do if I determine that my order arrived damaged?
Have the driver note the equipment was delivered with damage on the BOL BEFORE signing. Please forward the BOL with damage noted along with pictures of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org
What if I accept damaged freight?
If damaged freight is accepted without following the above steps, then the customer waives any claims. Featherman Equipment will not be held liable for damaged freight that was accepted and signed for if it was not documented on the BOL.
What if I have missing or receive incorrect parts?
All claims for missing or wrong parts must be made within 5 days of receipt via email@example.com
When can I expect my Featherman products after I place my order?
Unless a lead time is indicated, we ship within a day or two of receipt of payment and almost always have inventory on hand. Expect 3 to 7 business days transit time depending on your location.
What will receiving my Featherman Equipment be like?

Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. Shipping should calculate in your cart.
Canadian customers receiving freight will need a customs broker:

*any storage fees incurred will be the responsibility if the consignee
Do you ship internationally?
Our products are all over the world, however we ask that you find a shipping agent or freight forwarder of your choice to arrange delivery from any port in the U.S. to your destination of choice. You will be responsible for all shipping cost, including customs duties, taxes, custom brokerage service that is incurred via export and import.
We can ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, other US Islands, Hawaii and Canada. Please ask for shipping quotes for these areas listed above.
Shipments outside of the U.S., Alaska, other US Islands and Canada will require payment in full via wire transfer, no credit cards are allowed. We are not set up to offer international shipping, and international shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
How do the products arrive to my farm?
All pluckers ship via a freight carrier. If you order any Combo, Set-Up Special, Kill Cone Stand with Kill Cones or a Chill Tank, these items will ship via a freight carrier. All items are fully assembled except for the Kill Cone Stand and Kill Cones. If you live outside of the continental U.S. please call us for shipping rates before ordering. This includes Hawaii, Alaska and other US islands.
