Protective Features

The Chicken Ship 2.0 utilizes solid sheets of laser-cut metal, completely eliminating chicken wire. It is the only chicken tractor with a solid metal back panel. With 2’ side walls, the Chicken Ship 2.0 squats lower to the ground and offers less wind resistance. Easy-to-use Wind Anchor Kits are optional for higher wind areas.

User Friendly Features

A six-foot peak allows easy human access. Direct bar linkage does away with cable and pulleys and ensures a clean and easy lift adjustable to operator height. A Nest Box knockout on the back panel makes adding a nest box easy peasy and goof-proof. Roost bar knockouts are located throughout for customer design of roosting area and direct access to the nest box from inside the coop as well as outside. Our own Rollout Nest Box is first in its class and super easy to put together since it utilizes our signature laser-cut design. Our tarp is highest quality, designed for an attractive, tight fit while being fully adjustable. Our solid back panel has cutouts to accept tarp bungees as well as support 5-gallon water buckets to “add lift” to the handle! Our laser-cut feeder hangs securely on any wall. Holes in our roof beams allow “S” hooks to support feeders, waterers, grit, and oyster shell feeders. Waterers may be fed from buckets or tanks supported by the solid back panel to remove excess weight from the front.
