You will have to inspect and sign off on freight shipments indicating that you received your order without any damage. If damage has occurred during transit, please refuse shipment so that we can start a claim. If damaged freight is accepted, the claims process is the responsibility of the customer and not Featherman Equipment.

Featherman Equipment cannot be held liable if customer accepts damaged freight.
